This is one of the easiest quests I'd never expected to find in Calicut. You should do this quest once you've planned your first trip back to Lisbon. Simply buy 1 roll of India Calico and bring it to Duke Braganza in the Lisbon castle.
Quest Details
"I'd like you to deliver 1 roll of Indian calico to the minister of Portugal. He is always complaining about something, so this is a request from the merchant association to let him know about the existence of such a wonderful object. It will be a long voyage -- don't burn it for fuel or something before you deliver it!"
